They held my laptop hostage in an effort to get me to sell it to them cheaply. They make it sound attractive to get you to send your laptop in for a "free estimate". Then they quote a very high repair cost and try to get you to sell it to them cheap. They won't return calls and ignore you when you tell them to send it back. They are a total rip.
