 Ordered a trial bottle of their product mental ultra, for $4.99. They charged my card for other products they claim I ordered. However they would not send me a copy of the order and I have not received anything from them. They made my bank account to be overdrawn in the amount of $148.00. They refused to refund my money saying that that they had discounted the price on the products that I supposedly ordered and they don't do refunds on discounted products. They also said that I should have returned the trial bottle within fourteen days for a refund. I said I have not received the product yet so how can I return it. I asked to speak to her manager or supervisor. Her response was --supervisors don't take phone calls. You can email them.
