I worked for this company and i received a call today from a restaruant that was getting place-mates and in house menus and take out menus. I sold all the required blocks that needed to be filled in order for all the work to go forward. After 2 months of place-mates, menus still not in the resaurant and many many mad advertisers who bought the blocks and repeated emails to my leader day after day.

I finally got sick of all their lies and false hopes. Sick of telling the people that paid for all these spaces the lies that I just stopped working for them. I send out a massive email to all the companies that purchased their space and let them know that I am stepping down from this company and to call them direct. I did not even go into the restaurant because I was so shameful for what Menu Master did.

Today 4 months later...I receive a call from the restaurant owner, he asked if i choose to return to work for them. I told him no. He said.......6 months ago all the spaces where sold and to this day I have only received the place mates. What am I to do? As kind hearted as I am...I said let me call my old leader and see what I find out. Well.....noone EVER answers the 888 number. I called his direct number and that's changed. All 12-15 email address I had to contact people are not working, the emails just come right back to me.

So that tells me that leaving this company was the best thing for me. Many sleepless nights, always looking over my back if I run into on of the people that bought a space.This is a small county and people know people and I should not lose respect from people when I did my end of the job and Menu Master took these peoples money and ran. Send me a copy and money to get these menus printed at staples. Why make people WAIT when they are all paid for and the Menus are done.

I made good money with this company but no matter how good it was, it was not worth the lies, the deception and sleepless night.

If this is the only way I can get the owners to answer me then that's just what I will keep doing. Imagine working for a company having a question and all you get is an answering machine time after time day after day month after month. Make one sick!!!!!

I can validated all you said in your report. They were notoriously slow at producing their products, if they got them out at all. But you better get them your hard earned money in when they say or you'll be in court. The reason you can't get an answer when you call is because her business went bankrupt. I share in the shame you feel when you happen to run into one of the advertisers you sold to. Worse yet, Cindy lays the blame on the employee that sold the ad, even going so far as to tell the advertisers that the sales agent that sold them the ad stole the money! So get ready, I'm sure she's spread these lies about you as well. I'd just direct your former customers to this website when they approach you about the lies this woman will inevitably spread about you and tell them to sound off about their distasteful experience with Menu Master. Oh, and if you get an "insider's view" singing the praises of Cynthia Sweeley or Menu Master, it's just Cindy trying to patch up her image. Make sure to put her in her place! Good Luck!
