Mermaid Palace Casino Cheat the people with their hard earn money Internet

This is the first time i m writting such type of complaint against a casino but the fact is that Mermaid Palce Casino is the only one casino which is completly unprofessional.

I opened up my account with mermaid palace casino in the month of October'14 and did my first deposit on 31.10.2014 with my credit card which they accepted with the name of VAR-VARENNES. I deposited around $405 between 31st to 3rd and then i won with the casino amount was of around 3000 $.

Thought to withdraw a small amount of $1000 to check the geniunness of casino on 03.11.2014 got the confirmation mail that they hv received my withdrawal request and i need to submit some documents which i did as per their requirement.

The drama start now on they didn't reply properly to my email i need to wait for week jst to have an reply via mail everyday i spoke to customer care and surprisingly they don't have any information regarding this always ask me to mail it to accounts and they never reply back on time.

One day got a reply from the casino that my region is not allowed to play with the casino so they can only remit back my deposits of $405 and will keep the winning with them only. I was surprised how unprofessional a casino can be didn't they see this while accepting my deposits.

I let it go thought why to have a unneccessary debates but now they are not returing my deposits also they don't reply me back to my emails customer care don't have any information.

I feel one should teach some lessons to such casino , people trust them they try to attaract customer by offering bonus and all and if by the grace of god someone wins they stole their money.

I request you to help me out with this issue.
