I called the metro entertainment for tickets to a van halen concert they took 461.62 out of my account I then got a phone call denying that I payed them this money and that my tickets were being cancelled. I called my bank and then found out there were 7 pre authorizations on my account from metro this bad company even refused to take the blame well now I would NEVER go thru that company again. They in no way were professional constantly hanging up on me the supervisor Amanda biggest b***h very unprofessional way to go every call Ticket Master
