Googled Miranda Lambert for tickets on 4-15-2012, the top return was  <bradley.centermilwaukee.com>. After clicking bradley.centermilwaukee.com, I was immediately taken to:

After being directed to http://centermilwaukee.com/Tickets-Active.php?eventID=1828865&gclid=CJ7Lp6Wgv68CFQTrKgodCy4Fvw,

I searched for 4 seats together for the Miranda Lambert Concert in Milwaukee for 4-19-2012.
I chose 4 seats together in the GA PIT section, GA Row at $144.00 each. 
The page I chose from informed me the The following sets of tickets are available for "Miranda Lambert". To sort the list, click the column header. To purchase tickets from a set, click the "Buy" button in that row. Tickets below match your search and are in sections marked on the map. 

The tickets I received were for Section Floor 3, Row JJJ and are currently available for $50/each on the Metro Entertainment Website.  The receipt I printed on 4-15-2012 after completing the transaction stated Floor for the section and Floor for the Row.  I specifically chose GA Pit when I purchased the 4 seats and the interactive menu illustrated that the seats I chose were in the GA Pit Section.  Floor is non-existent by itself under Section and/or Row on the interactive menu.

After having no luck with Customer Service, it was clear that Metro Entertainment had no intentions of providing their 100% Money Back Guarantee regardless of what I had to say.  The woman who helped me belongs someplace far from customers. The number of e-mail addresses, business names and the poor attitude raises many flags.
