Metro PCS Haltom City Tx Bad Cell Phone Sales Richland Hills Texas

I got my son a phone at this store before school started this yr and before I left this store I had paid 179.00

Then a few months later after my son told me his phone was shutting off and on and acting wacky we take it back to the sane store where we got it .The same girl was there sitting on her fat butt as always and said , well your battery is getting hot and we can replace the phone for 20.00 since its still under WARRANTY ...So she took his phone and a few days later my son goes in to get his new phone and he had to pay the 20,00 for it and then come to find out the battery was not replaced which she said was the problem in the first place and all they did was give him another phone with same bad battery .

Well it worked for a few more months and now its stuck on the main screen and it wont do anything at all .Hes very upset , being a teenager their phone is very important to them and he uses it for a wake up alarm ...

Now what we are stuck with another POS Samsung phone again ? all the phone will do now is show the name on the main screen and viberate a few time ...wow really ??

I know if I take this phone back to the same place , the fat girl that sits on her butt will try and rip me off again so Im going to try and go to and threw CORP and see what happens this time .

The phone is not even a yr old =its a  SAMSUNG TOUCHSCREEN R720MG at that also shows on the screen when you take battery out and put it back in ....I think this store is a BIG RIP OFF ,If the phone is under warranty why would the replace the phone and put the old battery back in that was and is the cause of the problem anyway ?

Please WATCH OUT if you go to this store she will make you think your getting a deal when shes really ripping you off .....

I hate METRO PSC NOT SURE WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN BUT MY SON NEEDS HIS PHONE .
