Metro PCS RETURN POLICY IS FALSE! Bronx New York

On May 31st I entered The Metro PCS shoP located in the Bronx; Winner Wireless Inc. 13 E. 170th street, Bronx NY 10452. A man by the name of Hari sold me a Samsung Galaxy s7 for a total of $749.00. The phone I learned a few hours later was not in an original box, was missing a headset and the charger was not original; I was clearly ripped off.

The receipt states you can return the phone before 7 days. I went back the same day to return the phone and they refused to take the phone back. They did not want to take it back saying it was some kind of store policy although the receipt clearly states you can return the phone. I then said we are taking it to court in which he said lets work something out and asked me to give him $200 and he'll forget about it. This store is a scam and I am now trying to get my money back via my credit card company and will most likely go to court. The phone is cheaper than what I was charged and they also charged me for a phone case that damaged the back of the phone with a super sticky glue. I am warning everyone about this store. Yes I signed and purchased but I had no idea I would get scammed in paying for a phone or device which was not new and the receipt clearly states the return policy which is false because they did not want to take the phone back and give me the money but wait it gets worse!

I contacted the BBB to make a complaint and the company had a copy of my ID and also my credit card ON PAPER! which I did not even notice them taking a copy of. Then they hand wronte on a piece of paper "NO EXCHANGE" with my forged signature. So now they have a fake signature on a piece of paper which I did not sign. BBB closed the case.
