 metro pcs has went down and refuses to help anyone with the issue. The issue is my phone alerted me Fri that my phone bill was due. Upon receipt of this information I attempted to pay my bill. Friday night the telephone service was down and I could not pay my bill. Saturday same issue. Sunday night my phone was cut off when I tried to pay my bill I was turned down. When I said I need an extension of service to keep my phone on I was refused that as well. When I asked for a supervisor I was talked to rudely and told others have the same issues that I do and I had to suck it up and deal with it
