metropcs authorized dealer /owner owner/manger/salesman/ect. leaving a neighborhood shop feeling unconscionable san diego California

 on jan.22,2015 i went into metropcs to have my phone company changed over from cricket to metropcs i had been in the store before and the people and the deals sounded great. idid not get all i had in mind but i was happy as i was finished i got 1zte zmax imei;865891020158701/8901260681914 071223f 1-sim card frist month service blue tooth case with tax it all came to $208.41 the salesman/manger hooked the bluetooth up to the phone and it worked fine. on 1-24-2015 i was taking the blue thooth out of my ear and the ear cap came off in my ear  I am 65 years old and i know that ,thats not suppose to do that so on 1-26-2015 the frist chance i got i went up to the store were i believed i would be treated fairly .but it was not good at all no one in the store could make any decisions they called another store and frist they told me that the manger said that he hook it up and wheni walked out the door it worked .itold them i wanted to talk to the owner and i was told that no one talks to the owner they have to talk to him he mangers the stores .i do believe there is some thing put in the law some were to protect people like me from business that are out to get the all mighty buck and miss use others wake up america
