They said I got Antivirsus 2009, but it didn't work. It keep saying I had 3 virsus more on my computer. They also billed me for a file shredder which I did not want. How can I get my money back for something I didn't get. I will call my card company and try and get a credit to my account. very big rip off

Meyrocorp I received an update that my 2008 version of Avast Antivirus was to expire, so I purchased on line on Nov. 25, 2008, it worked at first but now is saying not updated. Attempted to re-enter my alleged license key and it stated is was invalid. Now I need to contact my credit card company and file a complaint for a refund and inquiry for $49.99, this has to be a conspiracy....bunch of jerks Kailua Kona Hawaii
