MGR Solutions ripoff scam for government grants!Champlain New York

I was looking for info on government grants to start a small business. I came across the MGR-solutions site and filled out the short questionaire. Not twenty minutes later a lady calling herself Sara Falcon called me from MGR. She promised me that she could get me a check for over 56K in government grants to start my business in less than 8 weeks. All I had to do was hire MGR to represent me. The start up fee was 349.00 which I sent to them in a cashiers check. This was in June 2006. Six weeks later I received a questionaire in the mail from MGR I filled it out and sent it back with the expectations of having a grant in 2 weeks. Well it's now November 29, 2006 and today I received a packet from them containing nothing more than information on how to apply for a Federal Pell Grant for a student. I called the 877 number only to have the rep tell me he was new and didn't know how to handle my situation. He then disconnected the call. I'll update if I can actually get someone over there to address my issue.
