Michael Foster, Shanda Foster, Inland Empire Door, IE Doors, DIY Garage Repair, Garage Doors Cheap .com DIY Garage Repair, Inc IEdoors.com Ordered a Wayne Dalton garage door and paid a $652.50 deposit. They cancelled order and kept the money. Beaumont California

They don't seem to have either a city license or a contractors' license in California.  I got their number from the Wayne Dalton Garage Door company as one of their contractors.  i ordered a door from them in May 2018 and paid a $652.50 deposit.  They told me 4 week delivery.  I started trying to contact them after about 8 weeks. When Michael Foster finally returned multiple phone calls and emails he said that his "girl" (wife) made a mistake and he would get back to me.  After another long delay and multiple attempts to get in touch with them, I received an email saying he had to cancel the order.  I inquired about my deposit and they did not respond.  After several weeks, I placed a yelp review afterwhich Michael emailed that he did not have my address.  They had all my information which was required for the installation of the door and the charging of my credit card.  Michael said he was unable to credit the amount back onto my credit card.  After sending him my address again, he responded "got it"  It has been 6 weeks and now they have blocked me from phone numbers, personal and company facebook sites and have deleted the cloud based accounting invoices even though there was an option to "permanently" save the invoice, which I did.  None of the addresses on multiple websites appears to ve valid.  I contacted the city of Beaumont and gave them 3 of the addresses and they said there are no buisnesses at those locations.  I contacted the State Contractors License Board and none of the buisnesses nor Michael Foster nor Shanda Foster show up as being licensed to perform the services that all their websites offer. No licenss were found at all. 

The Wayne Dalton Supply shop located at 4780 Eucalyptus Ave., Chino, CA 91710 knows they do not have a contractors license and requires that all their supply chain venders adhere to a Supply Chain Ethics Policy.  Evidently the policy does not apply to them or Michael Foster and all his various entities. This Wayne Dalton supply still lets them quote and order doors and gives out his number via their 855 dea;er phone number to unsuspecting consumers.  When I contacted Wayne Dalton supply and corporate offices they offered no assistance.
