Michael Mattioli of Boca Raton, FL defrauded me close to 16K. He was supposed to ship a
mass product order of lighting to a New York Company, once he received funds
(Which I forwarded to him as per his direction) from the New York Lighting
Company. The company did not receive the product and instead of receiving a
giant crate / container of lighting products worth the above mentioned amount,
they instead received a simple USPS envelope with some sample products (not
lighting related).
Since Mattioli received the funds and a dispute was put into effect from Sunshine
Lighting, PayPal held me accountable for the balance as Michael Mattioli said
he would pay me the funds to take care of my PayPal balance of almost 16K. This
was in mid-October of 2012 and it is now March and he says he has been trying
to repay the funds, but to this date not one dollar has been received. The
reason for me being the middle person is that I had a personally known Michael
Mattioli and his family. I trusted him and if he did this to me, I can only
imagine what he has done to others not mentioned below this filing.
Much to my dismay I have discovered I am not the first person he has done this to. Below are links to all known cases and similar situations linked to Michael Mattioli.

Michael has created a company called: Blak Square Consultants Inc. Be wary of buisness with him. You may also see other victims who have unfortuantely been wronged by him on this site as well as I am not the only one.
