I worked for 1 month for him, and am owed over 3000 dollars, which he continues to claim he does not owe to me, or 25 other employees. He is currently hiding several trucks from their rightful owner's, as can be verified through Brown county.

Mr. McClellan is a SCAM ARTIST !! He has been under investigation for well over a year in the state of wisconsin for failure to pay wages, and is currently sending W-2's out to people for the same wages he never paid. (We are hoping to get him on Federal charges in that matter !) You can confirm all of this through the Brown County District Atty.'s office, in Green Bay, Wi.
He is currently Starting a buisness in Suamico, Wi., and Last week pleaded "not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect" to several counts leveled against him there, however he is about to be bought up on more charges.

Mr. McClellan has bragged many times that he was trained in the U.S. Army (Reserve) as a Lawyer of some sort, and has managed to pull this stuff in other states, including Kansas, where again I believe he pleaded insanity, as well as hiding behind the fact that he is a "LIMITED LIABILITY CORPORATION".
