These FALSE STATEMENTS were made by and individual named MARK HOLYER of WM guitars in the UK(wmguitars.com).  In short Mr. Holyer INTENTIONALLY sent me a broken guitar and refused to accept a return once notified.  Being a foreigner, in order to get my money returned I was forced to contact their local law enforcement agency.  Nevertheless I was also forced to pay return shipping. Something he likely assumed I wouldn't be willing to do.  

After returning the guitar and leaving my honest review he then begain attempting to bribe me in order to change the review.  At which point I refused.  Mr Mark Holyer has since posted false statements about me and my affiliates while using multiple false profiles in an effort to deceive and cover up his maleficence.  Google MAPS reveals 5 stars only and it is because Mr. Holyer creates false profiles and flags all of the bad ones while "liking" all of his own.  He also offers customers discounts in exchange for their "honest" review.  Just another bribe of course.  Sadly google cannot prevent this apparently. 

UPDATED: Yesterday an angry customer smashed out the WMGUITARS storefront window and robbed Mr. Holyer.  A clear indication that I am not the only one Mr. Holyer has screwed over.   SEE ARTICLE BELOW**

These disparaging comments were made by a business owner Mr. Scott Katz of Scit Scat Music in Miami FL who was contacted by Mr. Mark Holyer of WM Guitars in the UK.  The connection between them is that they both tried to screw me over as a buyer.  To be more specific, Scott offered to sell me a Sontronics Microphone through ebay using the ebay seller name ScitScat.  He then renegged on the offer and refused to honor it post sale.  I filed a complaint against him and he whined and cried like a little baby.  Began posting my personal information retrieved from his ebay account which is most definitely illegal.  Ebay in general does not care that they harbor ignorant sellers that consistently screw people over.   Which brings me to Mr. Mark Holyer of WM Guitars UK who sent me a broken guitar through wmguitars.com. When contacted Mark pretended to file an insurance claim but later accused me of breaking the guitar. He refused to remedy the situation as an decent seller would.  This was after days of going back and forth and after providing the requested photos and documents.  All of which I supplied.  I found out later that it was due to the fact that the shipper refused to honor his claim. He decided that it would not matter if he screwed me because I'm a US citizen. I ultimately contacted Marks local authorities and he was forced to return my money.  Mark then offered me an insulting bribe of 60 pounds to change my google review of him.  I declined his offer and returned his broken guitar at my own expense.  To wrap this up, both Scott Katz of Scit Scat Music and Mark Holyer of WMguitars UK are the owners of seedy businesses and should not be a part of any professional marketplace.  They both proved themselves to be incompetent and deceptive in their business practices.  They found each other because they both screwed over the same person.  Me.  So thanks Scott for posting yourself on here.  I know this is you even though you're pretending to be someone else.  It doesn't suprise me that you're masking your identity.  This is just further proof that you are shady and incapable of honest business practices.
