If my mother really cared about me she wouldn't have called the police on me 2 years ago directly after telling me she loved me. She called and said to me, "I don't want to talk about these things (referring to the house) ok?" I agreed not to talk about it anymore and we both exchanged saying "I love you." She immediately calls the police and tells me not to call her after saying something that should inspire confidence in your own mother. I didn't close the door of communication, she did.

Recently she called the police to have charges pressed on me despite the fact the notary confirmed my mother's signature and there never any charges put against me and I was completely vindicated as being within the law. All investigations are over and my name has been cleared. You tell me how disgusting it is to have your mother press false charges against you, and then have the audacity to smear my name and my father's and then tell me how much she misses me? It is SHE who called Warren County police never to contact HER 2 years ago. I never told the police never to have her call me so have her call me if she really misses me.

With her it's all about style of argument, no substance. No one threw her out. she left with a new boyfriend; no one stole her house; I have no charges against me, I was never arrested, my name was cleared because ALL THE EVIDENCE is on my side, nor was my name in the paper as you claimed. Just so you know, I'm not out of business, and I have past customers who still call me and get business advice. The laws have changed and it requires a law to buy houses in foreclosure now, and it is not illegal (so much for your unfounded statements). It's Assembly Bill 4474. It states that one needs a license to buy houses in foreclosure. Only 10% of houses I buy are in the stage of foreclosure anyways. I am an individual living near both these two people. I am aware of both of them and their presence in the community. Whereas Michael Solimanto is an upstanding member of the area with many friends and countless business associates who highly respect him, Shean Solimanto is unfortunately a woman plagued by severe psychological difficulties and an alchohol problem. She is well know to the police in the area, as are her friends due to their trouble making and carousing. Anyone around here could give you a better picture of this situation. This is a tiny area and everyone knows everyone else. Many people love Michael and constantly seek his help and advice, whereas Shaen is avoided by all reputable people and only found hanging around bars and misusing people. She abanodoned her family of little children and her husband many years ago. She ignored all loving attention from them and said she was through with the family. Now she has regrets but is taking it out on not only Michael, but many of her children, and her current boyfriend. She did call the police and filed a report against me for fraud and forgery. After one meeting and talking to the notary, an employee of the police department, she verified that all the signatures were valid and the investigation was stopped and thrown out for it being frivolous. I was never charged with anything, but my mother attempted to have me charged and everything on my side was proven with full evidence to verify that her fictional story is nothing more than fiction.

She called the police in November and I talked to the NY State investigator on Friday, had an appointment to meet the notary, and everything was verified as accurate and my mother's story as fictional. The officer's name is Investigator Baeror in the Queensbury, NY office.

My hope is that she changes her life because the door is always open to her if she decides try to be a good woman. I will help and support you mom, just change your life. My father, brother, and occasionally my sister have lived here so no one is making a buck on your situation. You created your monster with poor decisions. You weren't thrown out, you left. Call the NY State Trooper office for verification of the veracity of my statements. Call the notary at the Glens Falls Police Department if this was investigated and I was found fully within the law and nothing was done that was illegal in the slightest degree. I have the original documents with her signature and the original notary stamp and the notary's signature.

If you think I ripped you off why did you sign the paperwork with a notary verifying your identity? No one forged your signature, or the notary's signature and stamp. Your version is fiction. I have the paperwork, the investigation you prompted was quickly dismissed for outright lies and slander. I have the proof the house was in foreclosure, a house which you abandoned 7 years ago and never contributed a cent to the welfare of the house. I paid the taxes which were several years in default, both you and dad's debts, and you agreed to what happened and THANKED me for saving the house. I paid over $100,000 in personal expenses to a house that is run-down because you wouldn't clean or repair it. It wasn't worth that much when I bought it and repaired it. It's petty when your own mother, a clinically diagnosed psychotic, not only lies about what she did or didn't do, but lies about the value of the house, that she was thrown out when she wanted to leave, lied about the fact that I paid off the family debt including hers, and never once mentions she had no interest in the house until I paid off all the debt in the family. I also have your written signature notarized and verified by the notary in the Glens Falls Police Department and secondarily verified by the New York State Police Department. I also have another notarized signature (which if I could download I would as proof) that you said you never wanted anything from dad, you just wanted him to sign social service papers recorded by Warren County.
