Michelle Powell Studio Eleven Photography Breach of Contract Scottsdale, Arizona

This is dedicated to the truth behind Michelle Powell of Dallas, Texas. My family use to be friends with this photographer and even gave her jobs for our photography gigs. Afters years of friendship Michelle Powell took keys to a storage unit of ours, and took several items  with the intent on paying for them.

Many emails were exchanged back in forth thus providing proof that this person had agreed to pay for the items. When Michelle refused to send any payment of any kind she claims that she “Left the Couch Outside” because she didn’t want it anymore.  Keep in mind this is after the fact the woman went to Austin and got our items out of storage, and then drove them to her house in Dallas.

Later we realized that in addition to the Cantoni leather sofa that was stolen a box of camera lenses with Canon/Nikon lens was missing.  In addition to this a $1,200 Italian lamp came up missing after her visit.

Michelle Powell was a person that we use to trust.  My family step father, mother and myself respected her.

BE AWARE!!! MICHELLE POWELL KNOWS EXACTLY HOW THE LEGAL SYSTEM WORKS.  SHE WOULD KNOW, SHE IS A CONVICTED THEIF AMONG OTHER THINGS.

MICHELLE POWELL TOLD MY MOTHER THAT SHE WAS REPORTING THAT I THREATENED HER LIFE WHEN IN REAILITY I TOLD HER TO PAY HER DEBT OR I WOULD TELL HER SON THAT SHE SMOKES AND SELLS WEED MARIJUNANA.

This person claims that she got a protective order against us after she STOLE thousands of dollars worth of furniture our of storage and we were being threatening.

Michelle Powell knew exactly what to do in order to get what she wanted.  She is a snake, and she thinks she is smarter than other people.

The funny thing is that anyone that knows powellpictures.com knows this woman can’t even control what she stuffs down her obese face.

Honestly, it would be best for her child if the truth came out and she was exposed for who she is.

END RESULT: I COULD NOT FILE CHARGES AGAINST MICHELLE POWELL BECAUSE SHE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO SAY AND DO.  SHE CLAIMS SHE PUT THE COACH OUTSIDE WHILE I WAS IN ANOTHER COUNTRY AND I DIDN’T PICK IT UP. SHE DID THIS SO SHE COULD KEEP THE THING!!!!!!

THIS WOMAN IS NOT IN JAIL ONLY BECAUSE WE TRUSTED HER WITH THE KEY TO THE STORAGE UNIT.

A special note to our favorite person: I hope you hope that couch breaks into pieces under your weight. You coul dnever afford ANYTHING that nice in your ENTIRE LIFE!!! ENJOY this STOLEN furniture because it is the nicest things you will probably EVER own in your lifetime.

I bet if they knew the truth about you they would snatch your child away from you in SECONDS!!!

You are a shameful mother, a discrace as an example and utterly pathetic. Hopefully this site will enlighten you to another stage of possibilities in life.

YOU ARE A THEIF. IF YOU WALKED INTO WALKMART AND TOOK SOMETHING WITHOUT PAYING YOU WOULD BE IN JAIL. THE ONLY REASON PEOPLE HIRE YOU IS BECAUSE THEY FEEL SORRY FOR YOU!

If you have never worked in Arizona or used the above address then there are two Michelle Powell photographers.  I don't have any experience with the Michelle Powell in Louisiana.  I do however have experience with the Michelle Powell AKA Tessa McCloud, AKA Tessa Macleod AKA Rebecca from Studio Eleven Photograph AKA Storybook Weddings AZ AKA Sedona Weddings AZ.

If you have never owned businesses with these names then there are apparently two Michelle Powell photographers and I am talking about the one connected to the above names and entities.  She breached our contract, refuses to give me my money back and emails me under pseudo names pretending to be friends of hers.  All I want is my money back.  An apology would be nice but I will settle for my money back.

 now i know for sure, you people are lying on me.i have never been to arizona in my life... who made this up??who wrote this lie on me??
