I have run a business for 35 years and there's one way to run a business right, if you make a mistake, apologize to the customer and drop whatever your doing and fix the problem right away.

Michigan motor exchange's way of doing business is, Blame the customer, tell them you can't look at it for a couple weeks but bring it up we will put it in the line up. After a couple months when the customer calls let them know you can fix the job that we charged you 4800.00 for, just bring up another grand for a deposit and it will probably cost you another grand on top of that when we fix the mistake we made.

Next week I have an appointment with an attorney, I'm retired now and have nothing but time on my hands. Plese beware of this scamming outfit, I thought transmission shops were ripoff's but these guys have them beat by a long shot.

The vehicle was taken to a shop to check out the problem before we took it back to Michigoon Motor Exchange, we were told what the problem is and it had to be the fault of the company who rebuilt the motor.  We will also be taking it to a ford dealer for further inspection.

I will make it a daily routine to blast them all over the internet until this is resolved, I don't care if it cost me 20 grand to get even with these scammers, in the end they will wish they did the right thing and just fixed their mistake.
