microsoft hotmail is violating the constitution of the united states by refusing to allow me full time, unlimited access to my hotmail account.

hotmail refuses to give me access by telling me my cookies need reset. funny, because i have not changed the cookies, and because sometimes hotmail will allow me into the account without "changing" my cookie settings.
hotmail will force me to "write the letters/numbers" when i try to report spammers/bogus emails, claiming they want to make sure i am a person and not a spam program, BULL****.

im sure this is not the only instance, and since microsoft/hotmail is doing this across state lines, this makes it a FEDERAL issue, besides the fact microsoft/hotmail is violating my constitutional right to free speech/communication.

I THINK IT IS TIME TO DISBAND MICROSOFT!!!
the united states and the europeans have both prosecuted/found guilty/fined microsoft for the bad business practices they have shown in the past.
criminal prosecution is in order to send microsoft a message, "money wont buy you out of violating the constitution of the united states".

Good one Mark! "Graveyard of the Atlantic".

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, May 07, 2005

The territorial waters are actually known as the "Graveyard of the Atlantic". Good diving. We also have Blackbeard's ship and the Hunley. That was the submarine used during the Civil War. No, I never examined or talked AT Terri Schiavo. I'll side with the people who actually did though. They did, and decided her fate. Her parents are money grubbing publicity hounds. When her husband told her parents he wouldn't give them the money he got from the drug companies, they sued him. He won every time they went to court. This isn't opinion, it is public record. After she died, Michael wanted an autopsy to show all the naysayers she was hopeless. Her parents started up again about that and his wishes to have Terri cremated. Again, the courts all agreed with the husband, and again told the parents to stop it. The amount of time and money he spent trying to "fix" her is astronomical. He quit his job, went to nursing school and became one of the tops in his field. Terri had no bedsores when she died. Her husband took very good care of her. Her parents are insane. After she died the husband had a quiet ceremony at a time of his choosing just so her family couldn't turn it into another circus. The parents, as per their usual public personna, had a big parade. What a bunch of freaks. Just like the newsworthy stuff that happens in Ohio, stuff happens down here. The difference is simple. You know alot more about what happens there, I know more about what happens here. That's how it works.

POSTED: Saturday, May 07, 2005

I can see by your responce, denny, some of the ideals of nazism survived ww2. as you have shown by your post, you are far superior to ANYONE on the internet in this day and age. glad you live on an island thousands of miles away from me. {hawaii, been there, done that, in the 70's.}
robert, yes, i used artistic liscense in this greatest feat of space travel, to date.
Terry Schiavo, did YOU visit/see/attempt to communicate with this woman? in other words, everything you just spewed is NOT first hand. YOU are just mouthing the words/thoughts of "others", sooooo original.
ohio is second in the nation in producing presidents.
larry flynt, born in ky.
n.c., if the wright bros. had put more effort into the launch aspect of their fledgling creation, then n.c. would have the slogan, "North Carolina, coast of a thousand shipwrecks"

So get another account

AUTHOR: Carl - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, May 07, 2005

Others have addressed the silliness of the consitutional rights violations claims. My question is why don't you just go with another web based email provider. Every heard of Yahoo or Gmail? I've had yahoo account for years with no problems. Heck, I once set up a hotmail account and I got spam within the first 5 minutes it existed and I cancelled it.

When have Humans ever gone to another planet?

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, May 06, 2005

I think you watch waaay too many shows on SciFi. We have never been to another planet. The Moon is a satellite, not a planet. Planets have moons, not other planets. Genius...public school. Terri Schiavo? What are you talking about? Despite what you saw on TV, she was brain damaged beyond hope. For 15 yrs she made no effort to speak or pay attention to what was going on around her. Nobody who actually examined her ever said she'd get better. The only ones who wanted her to be kept alive were her money hungry parents. They sued for the money Michael got to take care of her. He spent all of it on her care. I noticed that the Pope had a feeding tube, and required other artificial means to keep him alive. After saying Terri should be kept alive, he chose NOT to have it done to himself. May God bless him for all he'd done. Obviously you would like to live that way, rational thinking people don't. Presidents come from Ohio? Let's give it up for Henry Harrison! YAY! They come from other states too. Most come from the south. Voting problems? Give it a rest. The only people crying about it are Democrats because they keep LOSING! Ohio on the other hand, tried to require that voters NOT have to show ID or prove wher they live. Then the Dems raised hell when the Reps filed suit to make sure every LEGIT vote counted, and NONE of the fraudulent ones. You had a fire up there, remember that? The river caught fire in Cleveland. Billions of gallons of water burning like there's no tomorrow. Sounds like some of that Bible stuff dealing with Brimstone and Fire. Too funny. One giant fish fry, only the fish are retarded and look like the space aliens you think are really on TV. Jerry Springer, Larry Flynt, and a host of other great people you can be proud of come from Ohio. Have fun with that. By the way, I am actually from Virginia, raised in Maryland, and lived in North Carolina for the past 23 yrs. You know NC don't you. That's where your homeboys, Orville and Wilbur went to figure out how to fly. Apparently, they couldn't get it off the ground in DAYTON OHIO. Too much gravity I guess. You're an absolute riot, Mark.

Clear sign of the need to seek help..

AUTHOR: Denny - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, May 05, 2005

do us a favor, pack away that computer, unplug it or sell it to someone who really needs it.
why? You dont belong on the net. Your ilk sees conspiracy in everything and like to blame others when its your own ignorance and faults that lead you to do dumb mistakes.

The net is far too advanced for your understanding or your level of competence. Save us from your lunacy and cut the internet connection.

You're the perfect example of why there needs to be a competency and licensing test before idiots like you are allowed near a computer.

Speechless They are NOT violating the constitution

AUTHOR: Nicole - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 04, 2005

Okay, so Im not speechless, but I was when I first read this.

1. They are NOT violating the constitution. Since they are not your only means of communication (try yahoo or get invited to Gmail or one of the HUNDREDS of free email providers) you cannot say they are. Even if they were the only email provider out there they are not purposely targeting you.

2. Cookies - that is an issue with your computer. For some reason or another it thinks your cookies need to be reset, maybe you have a virus, did that occur to you? Since you still use hotmail, I will assume you do not care about your computer, you probably still use Internet Explorer also.

3. The numbers/letters - all email providers use this now. It is to cut down on the amount of spammers. A machine cannot read those numbers/letters as well as a human can. I see no issue with taking 1 second to type them, you are being ridiculous.

4. Get a grip! Microsoft products suck, yes. If you hate them so much DON'T USE THEM!

Good luck, get help, God Bless.

Private companies do not have to respect your rights

AUTHOR: Denny - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 04, 2005

Your statement:

"microsoft hotmail is violating the constitution of the united states by refusing to allow me full time, unlimited access to my hotmail account."

----------Hello??!! Is Microsoft The United States of America. Last I looked, they are private company. You are USING THEIR resources, and can limit that access anytime they please. They have every right to NOT allow you full time access to their services. If you are using their Hotmail system for free, well that expectation should not even be there. Ever bothered to read their Terms of Service, you AGREED to?

Your statement:

"hotmail refuses to give me access by telling me my cookies need reset. funny, because i have not changed the cookies, and because sometimes hotmail will allow me into the account without "changing" my cookie settings."

----------Newsflash: Cookies can get corrupted, and if you are using Internet Explorer, well, that makes the problem even worse. Sometimes your browser is just borked that you must clear your CACHE as well as reset your cookies. Sometimes you just have to delete your cookie for that domain so that a new one can be issued to your browser. Your cookies contain information that says when you logged in, your password/userid and other stuff, and session details. Well, if you didn't log out, or your browser crashed, that cookie can get corrupted. Corrupted files are the nature of owning a computer. How do you fix them? Stop being a clown, delete that cookie and get it redone by visiting the site to enter your details again.

Your Statement:

"hotmail will force me to "write the letters/numbers" when i try to report spammers/bogus emails, claiming they want to make sure i am a person and not a spam program, BULL****."

---------- What the heck are you talking about??!! If you see a spam message in your inbox, just check the box next to it, and hit the "JUNK" button at top. That's all you need to do; that's they way it has been for the last 2 years. That's how you report spam messages. If you mean that email you are sending others are being returned, then YOU should be taking it up with your receivers ISP, asking why they are tagging HOTMAIL messages as spam. Sounds like you are getting caught up in some stupid ISP's Sender Confirmation script, which was implemented wrong.

Your Statement:

"im sure this is not the only instance, and since microsoft/hotmail is doing this across state lines, this makes it a FEDERAL issue, besides the fact microsoft/hotmail is violating my constitutional right to free speech/communication.'

----------Newsflash: Microsoft is a business, and doesn't need to ALLOW users to have the "Right to free speech" . The Constitution only works on behalf of the governement impeding on the rights of its citizens. It doesn't pertain to you using a private business you are using for communication. the ONLY protected medium of communication is the telephone. USE it.

Your statemetn:

"I THINK IT IS TIME TO DISBAND MICROSOFT!!!
the united states and the europeans have both prosecuted/found guilty/fined microsoft for the bad business practices they have shown in the past.'

They've only shown that MS has had a monopoly effect in certain regions. Well, what can MS do if no one else wants to provide competition? So the government punishes MS for what others can't do?

Your statement:
"criminal prosecution is in order to send microsoft a message, "money wont buy you out of violating the constitution of the united states"."

God, you're such a dumbass.
