Midwest field turf and all the other names it goes by is a total scam company. They pray on small contractors to do thier work then wont pay for work done.
Midwest field turf tries to keep owed money in the courts and has a very sly lawyer to keep small companies spending unnessesary money to get what is rightfully theirs
Dont work for this company. They tell you one thing but do something else. Midwest field turf and Paul Launderville no absolutly nothing about construction. Too many so called chiefs in this company. one person has no idea what the other is doing or saying.
Total ripoff company.

Why you didn't get paid in full

To the unsuspecting contractor who did not get paid:
This is a simple FieldTurf ploy and is why you didn't get paid. If FieldTurf, a company that survives by payoffs and lawsuits, paid you in full, then FieldTurf would have to support their warranty. By not paying their contractors in full, they can claim all works were not fully paid, therefore the field/product warranty is not valid.
I would request all contractors or any field owners, where FieldTurf wasn't paid their final amount they requested irregardless of contract amount, to post on this report. If you are a public agency or private entity that installed a FieldTurf field and did not fully pay for the field either because of disputed costs or other reasons, then more than likely, you have no warranty.
Finally, because FieldTurf doesn't manufacture their own fiber, the former "Dura-Spine" and now the "Revolution" (made in Germany) they've no control of the quality, and is exactly why FieldTurf is now in a massive lawsuit with Tencate for having hundreds of fields failing in the US and abroad.
Use another company like Shaw or BlueSky Turf (FieldTurf's old nemesis) and get a better product made in the US with real customer support. Quit supporting a foreign French owned company like FieldTurf Tarkett...
