my parents bought a 2000 clayton/spirit 16x80 mobile home from this company.they told us they had everything that goes to the ac in the ball pin and they would put it in before the home left the lot. it was moved saturday 08/18/2007 and the ac coils was missing and the dead bolt to the back door was missing when it arrived at our property.i called and talked to shane romee he told me the deal was done and that i needed to call service i told him that he lied to me and he hung up on me.

if anyone is looking to buy a mobile home please do not buy one from universal mobile homes in oklahoma city,oklahoma.they are a rip off.
