Millenium Moving - Millenium Moving - The Worst moving experience ever Los Angeles California

I have never come across more rude business owners in my life. Not only did Millenium misrepresent themselves when they quoted the business, they showed up with fewer people than quoted and a much smaller truck. They tried charging us for the extra time to go get a larger truck. That was the least of our issues. They packed horribly: fine china without protection, our nicest silver candlesticks packed next to knives without anything to pretect either, my husband's guitar completely ruined, nice vases thrown into boxes and later broken, a gouge from our hallway due to their reckless moving practices, etc. Painful. Then to top it off, not only did they do a terrible job the owner of the business, Ben, is about the rudest person I've ever come across. He was personally insulting and didn't listen. In the end, all we got was $102 in claims since we (erroneously) signed up for minimal insurance coverage - we had never had so many things damaged before, so we erroneously assumed they couldn't possibly be so bad. Millenium never paid it and when I called to ask about it I was told that "Accounts Payable isn't in." When I asked when AP would be in I was told "3 weeks" with no back-up person responsible. Even Ben was incapable of knowing how to pay on his open claim. Pathetic business and pathetic people. Please anyone reading this do not make the same mistake we made!
