Millie Rose flowers is owned by millie rose. She regularly runs ads in the local newspaper for help. She hires and works employees for up to 40 hours and does not pay them. She keeps doing this with multiple people so that she does not have to pay anybody (people leave when they are not paid when she says she will pay them).
She is a shameful shyster that has taken advantage of many local high school and college students.
