I watched the "infomercial" for this product on TV and decided to order on 3/18/02 and called the 1-800 number given. First of all they try to sell all this other stuff and then I was asked if I would like Rush shipping for an additional $14.85. I said no.
I was told my product should arrive in about 30 days since I opted out of Rush shipping. Okay, that's fine.
Checking the charge to my credit/debit card I find instead of the $19.95 plus shipping I was charged a total of $59.85. They hit me for a $29.85 handling charge!!! I called to cancel two days later only to find it had shipped on the 19th. So now I'm stuck returning this product, probably eating the shipping and handling charges.
Needless to say, I am Pissed!
I have emailed them, but received no follow up.
This was very deceptive of them - had I been told up front, I never would have agreed to their terms!
I guess you live and learn, and believe me I will ask from now on.
I'm too trusting!

Linda, form Marysville, Washington wrote what a rip-off minute brite is. She's basing this on shipping charges. Well I have you know I would have payed tripple what I payed to get the results that I got in just three minutes with minute brite. I have paid alot more for less results at the dentist. So maybe it's this minute brite brightens teeth but how would Linda know this she couldn't even handle the shipping charges. So I will be happy with my white teeth and Linda will have to pay the huge amount at the dentis scared of her own skeptisism

Linda,
Don't bother getting authorization from them. File a Fraud Claim with your credit card company immediately to receive a chargeback. Let them know you sent the item back already.
Don't accept the package when it arrives. If it is dropped at your door all you have to do is put an "X" through your address and write "Return to Sender" on its face. Take it to you local post office and let them do their thing.
Don't deal with scam artists, just do what you need to do.
Good Luck!
