Mirror Essentials Defrauding Customers With NO REFUNDS

This company is fraudulent.  The website link boasts the benefits and how great their undergarments fit and help enhance you.  But, they fail to mention the sizing is more suitable to a small asian woman than who would actually NEED to have an undergarment to reduce mid-sections etc.  When I received the garments (after WEEKS of waiting) they were so small I could not get my leg in them.  I contacted the customer service via email and instead of offering a refund they sent a "one time replacement" for my order which did nothing but aggrevate me even more because after several MORE months of waiting they were no better and STILL too small............an XXXL should have been sufficient.  I once again contacted the customer service via email and received a "canned email response" not once, but TWICE basically stating I was OUT OF LUCK because they did not offer REFUNDS.  This company is ripping off customers with their poor quality, misrepresented SMALL undergarments and keeping people's money.  SO, not only do I have a stack of CHEAP, NON-FITTING undergarments, I am out over $40.00.  This company should be forced to be removed from advertising ANYWHERE due to their fraudulent practices and POOR customer satisfaction policy.  I am so angry at the outcome of this purchase.  Everyone that has been ripped off from this company should report and reply EVERYWHERE they see their ads and links.  They need to be stopped.
