I purchased a support garment for under my clothing in early March.
When the item came it was much too small and asked for a replacement. I was assured that someone would get back to me and send me the correct size. Since then I have sent various emails ( about 7) and I get the same response, sorry for the delay someone will get back to you.
It's now the end of May and nothing. Complete ripoff, I can't reach anyone on the phone and all emails are generic.
I urge everyone not to shop with this company, they are quick to take you money but after that you can't get any help. I am even going to report them to facebook and istragram saying this is a bad company to support. I want answers!!!
