I placed an order on November 11, 2017 and my order has not shipped.  If you go to the confirmation email you receive, it is very vague and does not give you any type of tracking information.  It doesn’t even say the item has shipped.

 If you go on their website, Fb page, or Instagram page, they do not provide a phone number to contact them.  I receive over 5 emails a day from them trying to sell more product and stating that they have the best customer service around.  I call total BS and am beyond pissed!

I have emailed them 4 times, with no response.  I also have Facebook messaged them and no response.Someone needs to find who is behind this company and rip them a new one!

MJL Things - AKA - RERUM LLC I ordered a T-shirt that looks like it was burnt by the steamer when they pressed the lettering on it. It has a big dark gray rectangle the size of the machine on the front and the back of the shirt. They said they would send a new shirt. I waited and waited then emailed again and again and they said they were sorry for my frustration needed the picture again so I sent the picture and then waited and waited . Then I asked for a tracking number and was never given one. I asked for a refund and they said it was too late.
