I signed up for a free credit report and was given 10 days to cancel for
any reason.which I did.

I noticed that my account balance didn't add up. I notified my bank
and got a print out.

That is where I saw that $12.95 was withdrawn twice.

On the print out it showed the company name,MNI Creditreport com
866 88333 CA .Merchant Purpose Terminal 435178 and date and seq#
916624608108
