Mobile Auto Sales Sells lemons..Does Shady Business.....Does not honor verbal words. verbal Mobile Alabama

 My family purchased a truck from this dealer about 4 months ago. We were told by the sales man (who does not work there anymore) that we had three months to figure out if we wanted to keep..exchange...or return the truck. Around week five we experienced car trouble. They argree to fix it and did. However, around two weeks later we experienced another car issue, but decided to fix it ourselfs because they were giving us the run around. Needless to say, on week nine we had broke down again on the side of the street with a dry rotted tire. We called the lot an informed them that we were told by trax tires that all four tires were dry rotted. The car lot said that they were not resoponable for the tires, so we ended up buy two tires to put on the truck. However, on week 11, we found ourselfs on the side of the hwy again. It was thought that the transmission had went out. The car lot had it towed from the side of the street were it had broken down. We have now left our truck at the lot for three and a half weeks waiting on repair. When we call they tell us something different each time. Now they have ALL new staff and everyone tells us that they are unsure and will call us back. They have only called us for payments so far. Still no sign of the truck being repaired. I would like to began a civil suite, if I can get others to join in to let the public know that there is shaddy business going. I feel like they are keeping the truck on purpose.....waiting on payments to add up, to deture us from getting the truck back so they can resale and charge double deposits on the same vehicles over and over.
