Seller never probe that the shipment was made (never gave me the tracking number or mailing receipt issued at the time of mailing ) because HE NEVER SENT THE MERCHANDISE.

I sell thousands of items on the Internet. I get lots of requests from foreign buyers for goods and I respond by sending them this letter.



This is a letter that I cut and paste into inquiries for foreign shipments. I sell to a lot of foreign customers and welcome your business. I have never had a lost shipment. That does not mean it is without problems.



Most of the problems I have had are because the buyer gets too anxious. I have one gentleman in the UK that cancelled his credit card payment and caused me to incur over $115 expense in overdraft fees and credit card fees and then got the merchandise in less than a week later.



I have no control over the postal service. I will not ship other than Airmail and insured and the postage can be high as well as I have to charge a handling fee as I have to send an employee to the Post Office to fill out the customs forms. I charge a $5 fee for this.



You will still receive your merchandise at a bargain price. I ask that you agree to not cancel payment and that if lost you take care of filing the insurance. If you agree to these terms I am happy to sell to you direct or through Ebay auctions.

I can't begin to tell you how many times I have been ripped off by buyers, believe me it happens. For example Tim Essen. After I gave a negative feedback within 4 hours I had 6 emails telling me they had been ripped off by him also.



Most of the time and I believe this was the case here they are so cheap they want to send minimal postage and it is not enough to cover insurance. This person has and will continue to post disparaging comments in an attempt to extort money out of me and I simply won't fall victim to him. Look at my Ebay feedback, did I go through the process of satisfying thousands of customers just to set him up so I could rip him off.



Here is a customer in the Ukraine that just received a radio control and engine from me. Initially he was worried but I asked that he be a little more patient and here are the results.

The parcel went through Russia. Therefore so long. Your post clerk has wrongly specified in the address "Russia". Look scan addresses and the customs declaration.
