This guy Gaurav Sharma, is probably the biggest lier and confident trickster in the World.

Zia Hasan of Mansfield, Texas is actually the owner of a new company named You be on the web.

He gave me an Unsigned check to cash as a payment. When I asked why he sent an unsigned check, he very conveniently said that in the US an unsigned check is accepted and we should try to cash it in India. The process of clearing of a USD check takes 21 days. After about 20 days I got the check returned due to missing signatures. It has been more than 2 months now and even after repeated reminders for the payment, ZIA HASAN had been fooling us and getting all the work done without paying a single penny.

He asked me to create websites for his clients. All those sites are worth $2675.00. He never paid me any advance although he said he would. He tried to cheat me by sending a fake unsigned check so that I keep developing the websites for him. When I had done all the hard work and delivered the websites, he kept delaying the payments with excuses that he was trying to open an account with the State Bank of India. When all his sites were delivered, he started showing his true color and started accusing me of hijacking his websites, which I never did.

He does not have any proof for anything that he says. His frustration is that I am not giving him the websites for which the payment is pending and he has already committed and taken advance from his clients. He has spent the money that the clients paid and has no money left to pay me. I have all the proof of the mails that he sent assuring me that I will get the payment on a particular date and after that date he suddenly resorts to making false accusations to buy more time.

Now I have run out of patience and have told him that since the websites are all complete, he should simply buy them from me by paying the amount that is due.

Its a simple case of Business Ethics. ZIA Hasan does not care about anything other than his EGO. He is a dangerous individual as he resorted to threaten me and my family and cause unwanted bitterness.

If he is a genuine person, he would not resort to putting such cheap comments about Mokshmedia and me. Only a person of false ego and frustration will do something like this. It is my request to all to kindly ignore any negative comments that are posted from this day onwards regarding Mokshmedia and Gaurav Sharma.

I would also like to inform RIPOFFREPORT.com, that their esteemed website is being used by people like ZIA HASAN to say anything they want and get away with it. You should have a stricter method of evaluating the facts before displaying anything.

I would like to take help of a lawyer who can help me sue ZIA HASAN for using your website to defame me and my company. I have enough proof with me to sue him.
