Upon opening the package, I found the poles broken. I contacted them via email and have had no acknowledgment or response from them. They're avoiding their responsibilities. I want my money back. Is there anything you or anyone can do to help with situations like this?

Molyes Store Ilovecamping.us Molyes Store 3 second hydraulic pop up tent with durable waterproof base and heavy breathable material for walls and sturdy carbon fiber poles and was supposed to be 4 person tent for $96 Canadian.
