MoMax Builders-Fred Resnick recommended by our good friends. He did great work in their house early last year. So after five estimates we went with Fred. Signed a contract in early July 04 and gave him a deposit of 15,000.
It is now January 05 and still no Fred. He has our money, cashed our check and doesn't have it to give it back. Called him twice telling I thought there were problems. He denied it and said he would get on it.
We are out of our money. We have not had any work done but out of our money. I feel bad for all of you who have had work left undone. Thank you for posting. Now we know. We have filed a complaint with the States Attorney.
