I am another victim of Fred Resnik, who was supposed to put an addition on my house to be done on april 2004.As of now maybe 15% of the construction is complete!My existing house is leaking water and we are under the weather conditions something that was not ever to happen.I will like to meet with the people that have been taken advantage of by him! I am a Resident of Highland
Park and every story that I have read is not different that mine.

Please go to the NBC5 website (for television channel 5) and click on the investigative section up on the top right. Then scroll down to Phil Rogers' photo and click there. At the bottom of his bio, there is an e-mail address. If you e-mail him and identify yourself as another Momax victim, he will help you get in touch with us. You don't have to agree to go on the news or do anything for NBC. He's just helping (a lot).

If you have not already, please file a police report with the Highland Park police department, the cook county state's attorney and the illinois attorney general. This is a very important step in keeping Fred accountable for what he has done. He needs to face a judge with all of the skeletons out in the open. Get those reports filed ASAP.

Everyday I read whatever you people post in relation t0 MoMax Or FRED R. I will like to join you in court when you attend the hearing .But I do not get the Notices.Please contact me How Do I get to talk to you Personally. I will like to see how justice works in this case.
