I had Monarch through m employer. I found out I was expecting and was a high risk pregnancy. I called them for help. In turnI was patronized and my care was delayed. Approximately two days later (11/23/2015) I had what is described as a Threatened Miscarriage. 

I was told I would be followed up by Sergio from Provider relations and he told me "Listen, I am doing you a favor" but even helping you get in because it does take time".  I was then put on hold for an hour and the call was dropped. I caled back a second time and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Enrique who was as equally rude.

When I informed him my mother was a nurse practioner and she explained to me the process. He informed me that my mother has nothing to do with it. I was shocked by his treatment and his delay in care . This is very serious for expectant mothers to know before choosing Monarch Healthcare Services.

Because of the delay of treatment, my unborn fetus  and I were ignored and inured because of it . Please take the time to read this before signing  up with them if you are a mother who is in a high risk pregnancy. Nothing is more important than you and your child at this time.

There was no reason that they could have found me care in a timely manner. Because legally there was nothing I could do as of yet ,I am expressing it here Do not go through them if you are a high risk pregnancy they will neglect you.
