Yes i appled for a loan they ask me to send $200 i did then they tell me owe $350 more i ask can i get my money back she said no and i was going to report on my credit but i haven't received no money or my $200 back they told me that i was not getting back.

If you read up on this very popular scam you will see that the scammer keeps asking you for more and more money on a reloadable card like Green Dot. It is the signal that it is a scam.

Go to the FTC(dot)gov website and read up on this scam. Look in the consumer scam section. There are many, many scams. Don't send them any more money. Don't contact them. Don't be so trusting as to believe people when they ask you to send money.
