Money Works Fraud deceptive Marietta Georgia

Many of us are struggling with credit card debt, including me, so when I was called by a company claiming to be able to help me lower my interest rates and pay off my accounts in 3-5 years saving thousands of dollars in interest I was interested.

They initially charged me $1800.00 which they debited from one of my cards telling me not to worry they would settle it all out with my program. I finally got the paperwork and I called to set up an appointment to get started. I was scheduled a week out The first call was non-productive. Another appointment was scheduled for the following week. At that time I was told that 4 of my accounts would not qualify as they didn't have contracts with those companies. This left me with only 3 accounts they could work with.

My monthly amount was going up even tho my interest rates were lowered. They charge $49.00 per month to handle the payments. You sent a lump sum to a payment center and they disperse the payments.

I advised this would not work and asked for a refund of the $1800.00 and they started stonewalling and saying we would have to call each company individually to work out a custom plan. Now the website is down and I can't get thru to anyone.

Beware of companies who claim to be able to turn things aroung. You might as well go to American Consumer Credit Counceling.
