Monroe Brakes Scottsdale,Pa. Monroe Brakes Mckeesport,Pa. They messed up my brakes and will not correct the problems. Mckeesport Pennsylvania

I was in Scottsdale, Pa and my brakes started grinding horribly. I saw a Monroe Brake&Muffler shop and stopped there. They told me i needed new pads and rotors. Being out of my area I said ok. They charged almost 400.00 dollars and I left thinking my brakes were ok. The next day they were grinding again si I went to the Monroe in Mckeesport. They told me my rotors needed cut! I said they are new rotors and I wanted it fixed right! They called Scottsdale and they said that a new guy had done the work! Mckeesport cut the rotors which were supposed to be brand new. They didnt charge me and i left. A few days later I was back to square one. I called the main office of Monroe and explained what was happening. He told me to go back to Mckeesport and he would call and tell them to put on new rotors. I did and my brakes are still not fixed right! Grinding and front shaking when you put on the brakes.
