Once again, this crook who calls himself Raymond Cruz is conducting a new scam related to Real estate sales in Costa Rica. It appears that his last scam operation called "Sanctuaryincostarica" has come to an end mainly from the fact that the local authorities are on to him.
His new scam, offering ocean and mountain view lots is as ussual just a simple ripoff offer. Anybody who knows Costa Rica and travels the area frequently knows that there is no such a development in this area of the Central Pacific. As usual, he uses information from real developments within the area. Same tactics where he estates that prices are going up starting December 2012 and so on. Obviously he has put some money into the poorly designed web sites and ads, most likely with the money that he stole from us and many others with his previous scam. I bet that he is going to rebut this report as he has previously indicating how he does not know who I am or demanding my personal info. Now, ask yourself: Why would someone so easily abandon a couple of projects such as the previous put by Mr Cruz. Remember Costa Rica Lake and Beach? Sanctuary in Costa Rica? Sanctuary in Puriscal? Costa RIca Real Estate Team? isn't he the "new business director" every time? Read his profile and you will be able to confirm what I just stated.
So, what happen to all of those wonderful advanced projects? Well, they were nothing but a SCAM just like this new one. New email addresses, new Skype contact info and numbers and new made up names of investors and partners. The local authorities have been informed about these changes will continue with the process of apprehending this predator and so will I. Please beware of this SCUM, he is a very good liar and his main target are individuals who are retired or about to retire.
