ex husband, 45,000 behind in child support. Has had a job for 2 years and has collected unemployment for 3 years claiming he hasn't made any money at his "self employed" job. I have called Child support numerous times and they have been rude and unhelpful. They wont take action for making him report back where he is employed even when I gave bosses name phone and address, they say bc he sells insurance as self, which is really not true they cant or wont do anything. He will never pay if he isn't held accountable, They threaten to take license if he goes 60 days without payment, however, he can pay 20.00 and they accept that, then he is free for another 60 days! I have 4 kids and have fully supported them with family and services from another county.
