I have two cases in which they only responded by automatic-e-mail reply. They never contacted me again even to tell me that I didn't have a case.

I've lost $238.00 due to their non-response as I was keeping a collection agency notice for legal records instead of challenging the case. My first case involved Direct TV for about $500. No response in 6 months except for an automatic e-mail reply. The website is definitely not forthepeople but for the law firm.
