Mosaic Victim of Mosaic's payroll Irving Texas

I am one of the employees that, Theresa Vanderpool, was trying to get paid when she was let go from Mosaic.

Mosaic keeps all our payrecords on their web so the only way you can check issues, is to be an employee. When they found we were in there downloading our information, they fired us on the spot and shut us out of pay records.

I have all the emails sent by Mosaic and other employees have taped conversations which we have all heard.

This company continues to blame Theresa for the problem, when we have emails telling her, they cannot approve the pay without an investigation. She had it in Black and White.

They want us to believe that I drove 3 hours to go into a Walmart Store in Lexington Nebraska for 13 minutes. They also want us to believe it took me zero minutes to drive the 153 miles to lexington. They agreed to pay drive time and milage on all calls.

Mosaic has many programs. I worked on two other programs. When I resigned from the GAME ON program, they fired me from the entire company. They notified me of this at 3:45 A.M. by email.

Theresa Vanderpool was one of the best bosses I have ever had. She was very detailed oriented. What we do for a living is not always easy and she was always there when we called with a problem. Her team loved her. It is sad that she was fired for doing the right thing.

We have ex co-workers that still have not been paid. Overtime is due to some of them back as far as 2003.
