I Ordered a replacement canopy for a gazebo several months ago. The company informed me that they were changing location and the order would be processed as soon a possible. A few weeks later I got a phone message that my order had been processed and shipped. My credit card was charged at that time. I have yet to receive my order. My attempts to contact them by phone or email have not been successful . they have not returned any phone calls or responded by email.
