motorola service is terrable the product they make dont last the motorola krazr k1 has problems and motorola would not tell me where I could get the unlock code if possable they were extremely rude and I told them that the phone was having problems with the message sending comming up every 5 seconds and they told me that they could check that I gave them the serial number and they checked the warranty status and they told me that it was out of warranty wich this phone was boght in august 2008 around august 29th 2008 and they wouldnt do anything then I herd them hanging up the phone which ment they hung up on me since suncom has been bought out by tmobile they said I would need to buy a new phone or get the prepaid phone kit and put my sim card in and use it. also the reason I needed the code from motorola is because I had to get a tmobile simcard because the simcard had problems using the simcard phonebook

motorola warranty was ripped off

I was ripped off by the warranty with motorola after telling me that the warranty was up I sent them the sales recipt showing the product but they still would not warranty the motorola krazr. I will nolonger deal with motorola warranty insted if I buy a phone that is motorola and it goes out I will just buy a new one rather than deal with the warranty because they are rude and would do anything to keep from repairing my phone due to a problem I was having with the sending message comming up the next phone I will have will be anything but motorola something like nokia because the manufacture nokia makes much better products than motorola because motorola use to make good products untill now. their products are awful and they dont last as long as they use to
