Mountain Area Communication Thiefs!!!! Disgraceful Company!!! Incompetent Employees!!! Sneedville Tennessee

I just wanted to say that they are really bad you are right. my story with them is kinda long and i wont bother you with it. but they have ripped me off a few times now and will not let me quit there services. i told them i was no longer working and i did not have the money to pay them anymore so i wanted to shut it off and they said i would just have to pay them in full what i o and then they ca stop sending me the stuff if i wanted but that i had to pay eaher way. no way out at all.

This company is a total disgrace!!! I never authorizated a transaction to be made on my account. They went ahead and debited $119.70 dollars, when I never authorizated for them to take it! When I called about this matter, They were very rude and unprofessional! The customer service reps, were disgusting and the managers are no better! My account was overdrawn because of them, and they refused to credit my account, do to their error!!! I went ahead and filed a complaint with my bank, and had my account closed because of this. This is very disturbing and applauding! It's crazy how these companies run their business, and the people who work for them are just as bad! The owner must be a rich person, and the incompetent employees, must be getting below minimum wage, thats why they're scamming innocent people out of money! It's not right! If they were the victims, they wouldn't like to be scammed but they do it anyway! How could these people live with themselves? It's a shame, and a total waste of time! Someone has to do that kind of job, and they found the right dishonest people to do their dirty work for them! These people will get whatever, is coming to them. They will rot in Hell!!!
