We took our 2015 Rogue in the day after Thanksgving for an apparent electrical problem. The car had not been starting consistently in the cold. We were visiting relatives and were away from home and starnded. They tried reporgramming the computer, which didn't work. Then they decided it needed an new IPDM and estimated it at $900. After they installed that, they said it was $1100. Then after a few days, they decided that didn't fix it and now they wanted to install a new wiring harness. When we questioned them, their service manger was VERY RUDE and belligerent. She stated thet we "had their bay tied up for a week, and they had to get a tech from Nashville to diagnose it."

I asked to speak to the GM and we were told it was a man named Shannon. Having talked to their service manager, he called me back and was equally RUDE and BELLIGERENT, trying to blame the problem on us. We refused to pay for the IPDM and told them to remove it as it was not the problem, according to their own techs. We had to pay $423 to get them to release the car. Had it hauled to a shop near our home. They diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately, for $215! It was obvious after about 2 days in that Mtn View only wanted to throw expensive parts at the car, hoping to remedy a problem that they evidently couldn't diagnose after a WEEK!! They are rude, obnoxious liars that will RIP YOU OFF!!

 The FRAUD and DECEPTION which exists on the sales floor has now spread into the shop. What you find in the shop is price gouging, incompetent parts changers...NOT real mechanics, garbage customer service and every attempt to DEFRAUD of DECEIVE you! That's a FACT! Find a good independent mechanic and stay away from this car dealer trash. Car dealers are a favorite place for hiring ex-cons, felons and other people with a criminal record. Don't get DEFRAUDED again! Never, ever get your car fixed at ANY dealership!
