Mr.Transmission scams and ripoff customers Chamblee Georgia

The manager and assistant of this locate at Mr.Transmission try to scam their customers. I had my truck towed to this location, due to my transmission gone bad. The manager told me that, inorder to rebuild my transmission it would be between $1,100.00 - $1,200.00 and at the most a 3 day period to repair the truck. They kept my truck 2 weeks, and got mad at me for calling to see what the problem was. They told me ( after a week of having my truck), that my transmission had a lot of problems and required more parts.

Therefore, my new balance would be $2,643.09 I was frustrated of how the price could jump from $1,100.00 - $1,200.00 to double the price. I refused and asked for a manager. This rude assistant wouldn't put the manager on the phone and told me that, he would stop working on my truck until I pay the money asked for. Keep in mind I gave them 1,200.00 the same day the truck was towed there. Then he totally hang up in my face. I was livid. After I called back I refused again, then he said that he could get me another transmission for $1,651.00 I agreed.

Ofcourse, two days later he called back saying that something else was wrong and they needed $249.00, I threathened to call the Corporate office and he agreed to fix the new problem for $50.00>> They are such scamming people. After all of this, I called later and spoke to the manager, he had no clue of the new problem or new charges and took them off my ticket. The other guy was going to pocket the money for the fraud claims made. This is sick and rediculous.
