 This company is impossible to reach. We were strung along from May 2013 to October of 2013. They would wait weeks to call us and then expect updated versions of documents we had already sent. Our home eventually went to foreclosure and depsite numerous attempts, we STILL never spoke to our case manager. We requested a refund (less the agreed upon $700 non refundable fee) by fax, phone, and email. Despite documents phone calls, emails and a written request....still NO response. Whenever we call the company it always goes to voice mail. Requests to the accounting department have gone unanswered too. We are out $2400 for nothing. Save your time and money. MOVE on to a legitimate local company.
