Mr.Henry Mann H&G Construction Ripoff Does not honor warranty Seale Alabama

The better business bureau clears mann of any wrong doings. Mann Is the cause of all this mess.

I just would like to warn first time home buyers. Mann will call his sherriff friend to come to your house & harass you.

Mann betrayed my trust so I don't trust any business or anyone!. Mann steals from people once he has your money he will not fix anything In your house.

He will file a false police report agaisnt you which Is a felony I will continue to expose him!.

This Is not right how mann treats people he hires scummy people to do his work for him.

But mann filing the false police report was the last straw for me I am fed up with being treated like s**t from these businesses & they always get away with victimizing people.

The better business bureau of columbus clears mann of any wrong doing.

I am not going to file anymore complaints with them because nothing positve comes out only negative.

So mann Is allowed to continue to victimize other first time home buyers cheat them out of there warranty.

He will call his friend the deputy sherriff & file a false police report. Buy the way filing a false police report Is a felony.

Mann done this so he wouldn't have to fix anything. I will just be filing complaint's with the attorney general office screw the BBB.

He Is dirty he will betray you & have his deputy sherriff friend come to your house & harass you late after 9'oclock pm on saturday.

I don't see how the BBB gets away with putting positive rating on bad businesses who don't deserve it, I still have there e-mail stating mann refused to answer the complaint.

Then after the BBB closes the complaint, they put mann made every reasonable attempt to resolve the complaint but the consumer did not accept the offer.

So know the publicn will not know about manns past mistakes, & how he fails to resolve complaints. There was another complaint agaisnt him on the BBB know they report he resolved the complaint.

Sense how the BBB lied from the first complaint, I find it hard to belive mann resolved that complaint. I feel sorry for people who do buy a house from mann & they get burn this way.

Well they can blame the BBB for reporting false information & protecting mann. I am sure mann has moved to a new area doing the same thing to knew innocent home buyers.

Are you expecting the BBB to actually do something? I think if you slowed down and did not use this forum as your "private journal" as you called it in a earlier posting you would actually get people to listen. It does not take 15 up- dates for people to hear you. This is not to be used as your "private journal", it is a place to place a ripoff, not a continous series of the same report.


This is a place to report a problem once, not fifteen times. Fifteen times of run on sentences. It is difficult to read when it is non stop and not one period in the entire SERIES of posts. Try making one report and only up-dating it every few months. This is not meant to say your post was not valid, just a critique of shy people are responding the wat they are. Good luck.

The better business bureau is reporting false information saying mann resovled complaints, this is far from true. I still have the e-mail the BBB stated mann refused to answer the complaint & then they have reported he made a good faith effort to resolve the complaint.

There is another complaint agaisnt mann but they are reporting he has resolved it which I don't believe sense he gives everybody a hardtime.

I am ticked off @ the BBB for protecting mann then giving him positiverating which he don't deserve. After he filed a false complaint & having the sherrif come to our house late saturday night, after hours.

Mann's lawyer accused my mother of harassing his family my mother only contacted him only, mann lied about that. And mann then send his thug friends the sherrif to harass us in the middle of the night.

The better business bureau clear's mann's name, I still have there e-mail stating mann never answered the complaint, they put on his record he made a good faith effort to resolve the complaint.

In the e-mail from the BBB which state's they have closed the complaint due to mann not answering the complaint, this proves the BBB is a liar.

There was another complaint but the BBB put resolved It's hard to believe mann would resolve this other person's complaint, after the hardtime he gave my mother.

So I don't believe the BBB the BBB is reporting false information, the BBB hides mann's bad business so he can continue to take advantage of many new home buyer's & call his friend the sheriff to harass innocent people.

What the deputy sherriff did was illegal hey had no right to come on my mother's property to harass us after my mother complained to there boss, we never heard from these scum again.

The deputy sheriff abused there power to harass us why did they come after 9 p.m. if mann filed on friday & 24 hour's later they come to harass us.

My mother also filed a complaint agaisnt mann, we have never heard a thing from him sense, cause the scum know's he lied.

This is a warning to knew home buyer's do not purchase any house from mann, he will just file a police report accusing you of harassment.

The, better business bureau gives mann a good rating. I, still have

to respond to the complaint. So, how can the better business bureau

report mann answered the complaint then the better business bureau

says they don't take sides, well with my problems they do take the

filed complaints with the right agencies they did not to help resolve

the complaints, so my mother had to waste her own money to fix

the air condition problem which mann was suppose to honor the home

has talked with other people who bought houses from mann & they had

the same problem, we are still living in the house. I, will not let

this happen to some other innocent person who is looking to buy a

house & get taken advantage of, & probally get the police called to

My, mother finally received a respond from the home builders board today of course the home builders board found no cause in gross negligence, & the home builders board closed the file.

I, already knew they would take no action but thanks to rip-off report people would not get themselves in this type of trouble!, I guess mann is building new houses & finding new victims!. Their, Is no consumer protection In alabama why wont the home builders board take action agaisnt dishonest builders but these days, its different!.

There has been another complaint agaisnt mann with the better business bureau I wonder why the better business bureau would not take my mothers complaint they said because she had a lawyer. My mother didn't have a lawyer she only talked with one its been rather diffcult for my mother to get an attorney!.

My mother isn't scared about about mann recording her voicemail about her threatening to take him to court because it will prove! that my mother did not threaten his life or screamed & yelled @ him, it will prove mann got my mother upset on purpose! & how he refused to do anything which led up to this point!, I just reported mann to this website to warn people! so this doesn't happen to him! but all mann will do is accuse of me slandering him! & filing a false report on him this game is a little old when will businesses realize that people are not buying into them accusing people of slandering them! you see it all over this website!.

It has been 20 months & this problem still hasn't been resolved which mann caused this whole mess! he decided to fight agaisnt my mother to fixing anything! I am not afraid to make a complaint about him on this website because this isn't a false report!.

I, brought out how mann victimized my mother by when he filed this false police report, its been two years now & mann still hasn't done anything. My, mother will just have to file a complaint with the home builders board which is her next action, she will not use prepaid legal service because they did not do anything to help my mother resolve anything!, she will not contact mann again! because all he will say is my mother is harassing him like what he put in his false complaint @ the sherrif office!, its time their needs to be a class action lawsuit agaisnt businesses who victimized people!. Does, anyone have any advice on how I can contact a government authority or the media so my mother can start an investigation agaisnt mann, I can use all the help I can get for justice to be served! for me reporting mann to this website. I hope mann does sue me, I would love to see some publicity. The attorney general in my state is cracking down on builders who commit fraud & & failing to honor warranties. So far there has been 196 complaints against home builders in alabama. I am sure man is in those complaints from other people!. The reason why mann is still in business because people stay in slience letting him get away with it well I am not staying slient!

All, everyone has done mann, my moms lawyer from prepaid legal service, better business bureau, & attorney general all have ignored my mother mann promised my moms lawyer that he would replace the unit but no avail!. Mann, even told my mother she never kept any appointments they where no appointments ever made, mann never kepted the appointments! my mother will get a letter from alabama power stating that mann never sent an alabama power representive to come check the house out to prove mann lied! like how he lied about everything else like he did to my mother he harassed her & threatend her then he accused her of it & filed a complaint @ the sheriff office this was 5 months after living here this happend. My, mother contacted mann off & on, to report problems but he wouldn't do nothing to fix anything accept he sent two air condition men to look @ it but they never done nothing to fix it, but lied saying their was nothing wrong with it & that it was working properly!. Mann, got fed up with my mother calling him because he refused to return her phone calls this is when he filed a complaint agaisnt my mother @ the sheriff offices & sent the sheriff office, this was friday afternoon the sheriff didn't stop by the house till late saturday night embarassing my mother & yelling @ her mann just did this to scare her but my mother didn't fall for it, people tell me to get a life but how can i have a life with all these problems preventing it uh!.

If the courts found out mann is screwing people around, he will lose his business my mother can sue mann for damanges he caused & punitive damanges for all this mess he has caused my mother. Know this was on friday 08/06/04, the sherrif did not respond until saturday night 08/07/94 @ 8:00 or 9:00 i can't remember the excat time but it was during that time frame the sherrif came to our house, to harass my mother. If my mother was harassing mann so much why did the sherrif wait till saturday night to come to confront my mother about his report why did they come friday night? when mann filed the report something don't make sense here.


The sheriff came to the house 24 hours later after mann filed the report my mother purchased this house from mann 03/04/04, & mann filed the report 08/06/04 5 months after we moved in my mother contacted mann to report the problems with the home air condition unit & other minor problems in the home & mann refused to return her phone calls.


Mann promised to replace the unit to a bigger one that is when mann filed the false police report claiming of harassment that my mother was harssing poor mr.mann, this is how businesses treat the middle class people refusing to help them resolve anything & mistreating & abusing them!.

This is why i am outraged!,

do you approve businesses ripping off people, why do you spend so much time defending businesses.

I will update the outcome of the home builders complaint if that isn't resolved they will probally find some excuse, then its on to court i will update the outcome about the problem.

Mann rooked my mother out of her money he probally had this planned out when she bought the house because he was not @ closing when she signed papers for the new house, because if my mother had any problems mann would not honor the homes warranty & caused more problems for my mother!. Know i get accued of being a madman for being upset about this their is always trouble with businesses you can't make them do anything with whay they promise mann would not return my mother phone calls, my mother got prepaid legal service & had a lawyer write to mann which the lawyer gave mann a certain amount of days to respond to my mother mann responded to my mother & he promised he would replace the air condition unit from a 2 ton to a two & a half ton air condition unit this is when mann filed the false police report claiming harassment, i am tired of businesses getting away with what they are suppose to do when they promise anything they should keep their promise & not break it!.

I am not a madman, i reported mann because he ripped my mother off & abused her & i get accused of being a madman for being upset about this, what i hate is when someone flat out lies about you people can support mann or anything or company i report people don't have to believe my report but they do not have the right to accuse me of making false reports!. Well looks like mann got away with this like all companies do who abuse their custormers my mother will sue mann for pain & suffering, i am tired of being abused treated this way by businesses who try to steal my others money no company has ever treated her this bad, about filing a false police report claiming harassment, my mother will sue for mann for defamantion & slander & for making a false police report.

The courts did not serve papers agaisnt my mother that mann claimed to have served a restraining order, mann filed a police report @ the sheriff claiming my mother harassed him & threatened him mann better keep his lie he told the police because i am a withness to all of this this went on for a period of 5 months my mother trying to get mann to fix this stuff & he goes & files a false police report claiming my mother harassed him he ignored the complaint to the better busienss bureau.

Don't bother to insult me or try to tell me not to post, I am tried of these crooks taken from us i have done nothing wrong they are no decent or kind people in this world to do this to somebody, I will be glad to post the police report information & the responding sheriff who came to the house harassing my mother i'll post everything that happend. I should become a lawyer to help my mother in these crisis & bring out these bad businesses because i am tired of these, because all businesses are out to do is harm people & in today soceity all businesses are worried about is getting away with their stealing!.

This is totally false! about the restrainging order no courts ever served papers to my mother for her to stay away from mann i would like for mann to try to explain this or he needs to keep to his story to the lie he told to the police, my mother tried to resolve this problem but mann filed a false police report agaisnt my mother from doing his work i am tired of businesses stealing my mothers money & not doing their job.

Mann had got my mom a written warranty for 2-10 years to pay for all repairs for air conditioning, electric, heating, sounds great doesn't it, when my mother reported problems with the air conditioning not cooling right mann sent a air conditioning man to the house but did not do anything to resolve the problem mann gave a written warranty to my mother @ closing but it was no good when she did have problems mann refused to repair or replaced it which he promised mann made several promises to fix these problems but he refused my mother called left messages but he refused to return her phone calls, he filed a false police report claming harassment & that she threatened him this was on a friday he was suppose to replace the unit but he refused to instead he filed a false police report to get out from paying for the warranty. He filed the report friday night if my mother was harassing mann so much why did the sheriff come to the house the next night saturday night around 8 or 9 pm to harass my mother my mother filed a complaint with the sheriff office to report the harassment & abuse from the sheriff my mother did not threat mann, this was a bold face lie just to get out from paying under the warranty.

Know when you try to get a business to do what you paid for they file false police reports to get from doing their job! & try to get you introuble i advise people to stay away from mann or he will treat you the same dirty way or steal your hard earn money. My mom falled for manns unfair deceivetive business mann refused to honor my moms home warranty which a copy would posted to this report along with a letter from his lawyer which a new problem my mom faces, my mother can't do business with any company without them attacking her like this you can't trust no business these days! mann as treated my mother very unfairly he as caused alot of new problems for my mother he harassed her & filed a false police report to keep from doing his job!. Now! this is happening all over again with businesses trying to get us introuble & falsely accuse my mother of something she as not done & having the sheriff come by my moms house to harass her even more on the weekend this had to happen to mann could ruin my moms weekend & mine i am sick of these deceptive businesses trying to ruin mine & my moms life! & when you file a complaint you have to put up with people telling that your delusion after my mom getting this new house mann was trying to kick her out!, my mom fought back & she was not going to allow to get her introuble like how businesses have done her in the past to get out from doing their job!. Gee, Chuckles, do you think maybe that says something about your mom? I would think that by now there would be no one left in town that would do business with you two. You'd think they'd have all learned by now that no matter what they do you will cry foul.

Once again - provide the PROOF. Police report number and city where it was filed. Case number of the restraining order and how long it was issued for. Documentation is the key.

Everytime my mother does business with a company its always like this, they refuse to honor their warranties refuse to be fair towards my mother lie about her this new problem with the builder of this house refuses to honor this new homes warranty & filed a false police report & had the sheriff come to my home & harass my mother because he had a personal friendship with them, everytime my trys to do business they will give her a hard time & be hateful towards her for no reason or make up lies about my mother.
